Very technical question, though I would say if your NOC code is same you should qualify. Categories 0, A & B are treated similar in my knowledge. Why don't you call CIC and ask?

you should be eligible for CEC (CEC takes accumulative exps.)

But you might not get the 40 points in Canadian Work experiences because it's in a different NOC. (I think some here reported that) Create a profile and see what it says.

ya i will make a profile after i get my language test results.

the reason for asking here is because under the eligibility section for CEC on CIC website, the language requirements are different for Noc 0,A and Noc B.
"meet the minimum language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs OR Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 for NOC B jobs."

In any case I am targeting higher bands which can meet requirements for both NOC 0,A and NOC B.I read some where, that i wont be able to get extra points for one year experience.

If you meet NOC B language test but not NOC 0,A, then experiences in NOC 0,A won't get counted in CEC eligibility.

Which means, you need NOC 0,A language standard
