CEC - experience hours counting - need help

Hi, can anyone help or explaine me how this works for CEC?

i am on work permit and working as LPN (Nurse) ...

i stareted working as LPN in october-2012 with staffing agency...worked until february and went to india for 4 months on unpaid leave ....came back in june and started working with same agency up to october........then changed company......Agency gave me letter of my experience for 1169 hrs .....and on my current job i already finished my 800 hours.....which is part time 0.70 FTE ...my current total hours as LPN is 2050 hrs....

my questions are

as per CEC it says 30 hours per week for 1 year which means 1620 hours in total.....
i have more than 1620 hours but in my job sometime i have 240 hours per month while other month i have only 100 means no fixed 30 hours per week but on average its 30 hours per week ....

am i eligible for CEC criteria?
are they counting by hours or time?..... i already finished 1 year of work (unpaid 4 month leave not included....oct-2012 to mar-2014...toatl 18 months - 4 mnth leave = 14 months + 2000 hours).....

please guide me/........thank you.....

For every paycheck which has 30+ hours count 1 week.
For every paycheck which has less than 30 hours; add up all hours and divide it by 30. It will give you no. of fulltime week. So for example if you work for 20 hours for 3 weeks then it will be considered 2 weeks of fulltime employment ((20+20+20)/30). It should total up to 52 weeks.

They are counting both time and hours. 1 year of full time employment with minimum of 1560 hours (30 hours * 52 weeks).

I am sorry to bother. Isn't it like 52 weeks (1 year) x 30 hours 1560 hours at total?
