Hi! I applied for PR through CEC class on June 20th with my family members. Upfront Medical passed in 16 August. Biometric October 17 updated. Waiting for final decision. I have a question. At this point, IRCC still will be assessing my Academic evaluation points or i have crossed that level?

You will hear different options after dialing and i think it was 1-1-2-2-0 that I pressed.
Call Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm EST.
I have dialed as suggested tried many times during last 10 days but not lucky to speak to an agent. Any further advice?
Oh really! Thats weird. I usually called them around 11:30 EST and got connected the first time. I guess maybe just keep trying or use alternative ways to get the status for your application like webform or gcms notes.
