I have one query about starting date of work. I did online training and got paid on September 22,2020 and didn’t work any after until October 12,2020 as that time they asked me to do quarantine 14 days before get started at the location. Now, in the Letter of Employment stated that I started to work on October 12,2020 but the Record of Employment showed that “First day of work was September 22,2020”. They didn’t agree to put September 22,2020. The problem is that I got ITA and I put that I started to work on September 2020.
What should I do now? Could you guys please help me?
