I used old one, and for they didn't ask for re-medicals and made them valid till Apr 2024.
If they didn't ask for re-medical then you're all good. If you don't receive the email today then you should definitely get by tomorrow. Finally Dec 23 folks can rest easy.

No they won’t ask for passport and no stamping required to inland applicants. The next step is constantly refreshing your email and forum for any updates on your eCOPR and PR card haha.

Maybe people who got portal have their PVO other than Ottawa.I've never ordered the GCMS notes or called ircc so don't know those details but the portal email was from Etobicoke if that helps.
