Same Status.
CEC Inland : Principal Applicant + Spouse
AOR - 10th Dec. Medical passed on 16th Jan and no updates yet.
Tracker shows eligibility and background verification not started.
I’d like to know as well what exactly Elibility and background means.
Dec 16 - AOR
Jan 30 - Medical passed
Feb 21 - Elibility completed (according to the tracker)
Background not started
Eligibility if you meet the requirements including points you claimed for
BG Check if tou are admissible in Canada on the grounds of crime security and misrepresentation
Finally was able to catch hold of an IRCC Agent Below is the infor:
ITA: 23rd Nov (CEC applicant with wife and Child)
AOR : Dec 12th
Criminality : Passed
Info Sharing: Passed
BG Check: Half passed and still something pending
Eligiblity & Security: Not Started
Primary VO: Vancouver
Secondary VO : CIO (don't know what is that)
Tracker Shows Background and Eligibility Not started.
Personal Tip: Start calling the hotline on at least 30 sec before 8 AM and then press 2 1 2 0 with 3 sec gap between every number u should get through by 8 AM mostly. I had a wait time of 24 min and requested a call back which is easier option than waiting. Good Luck

CIO - What I know of is Central Intake Office. Are you sure it is CIO ?
That is Sydney, Nova Scotia! Every immigration application first goes to CIO in Sydney, and then gets assigned to CPC or Case Processing Center. Just to add Sydney is also a CPC. So they themselves can also process it rather than sending it to other CPCs.

Got the GU like minutes ago. It was not there earlier.
Tracker BG Not Strated. I assume this gets updated everyday and not realtime. So probably tomorrow
