CEC - DEC 23 AOR - Eligibility passed but stuck on Criminality

Hi, everyone. I received my GCMS note on June 4 and it says there has been no update since Mar 23, 2021. My Eligibility has passed, medical is complete, the fingerprint is complete, info sharing is complete, but criminality has been in progress since March, and security has not started. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on in my file now? Are there any issues or it is just no one touched my file since March?
