CEC current timeline? It seems to be faster that before.

I was looking at people's timeline specially the CEC ones.
It seems many of the ones that applied under EE CEC in Oct 2016 have already landed, based on my random observation. Is this true?
If so, it means the whole process after submitting application took 4 months only, which is faster than what it used to be.

Depends on case by case. Forget about OCT AOR, 3 of the CEC applicants with AOR JAN 2107, already got PPR yesterday, at the same time people waiting for PPR from Oct/Sept 2016. unpredictable

I am AOR January 2017 and my medical was passed today and "Background check" as well as "Review of Eligibility" are set to "In progress" now.
I am wondering how much it may take.
