Thanks scylla. With the current timelines right now, I'm seeing applications for OINP that reached 12 months after getting the approved nomination. CEC, who knows when it will resume. Our points will be on 430+ on July, so that might be low according to the rumors of 500+ points when it resumes.

Do you have any other suggestions on what we can pursue? Feels like thats our only choice, and we may be forced to get out of country and wait for PR if ever we get lucky to get approved for OINP.
You should plan to submit an Express Entry profile as soon as you qualify. No one knows when CEC will resume but you definitely want to be in the pool when it does. This could still work out for you. If you can convince your employer to go through the LMIA process, that would boost your points by 50. If you can't, I would still be in the pool and hope for a low draw.

I don't know enough about OINP to make any recommendations there, apart from the fact that your score is unfortunately too low for the Tech stream. However if that's where you're living, then you should definitely explore all programs in the province.

I can get to 470+ if I remove the accompanying spouse and retake CELPIP to get 9+ in speaking.

I read somewhere that some people have success adding spouse after getting the nomination for Tech/HCP on OINP. Not sure how legit that is or it that's a recurring scenario

There are a ton of existing threads that deal with this subject. Look through both the Express Entry and CEC sections of the forum.

I believe they are. Per checking, they are around $500B+ revenue.
Are they a large financial institution or telecom? Generally these companies are not willing to go through the LMIA process. Doesn't harm to ask, but chances are very low they will agree.

EDIT: Ignore this comment. I thought we were still talking about the LMIA but I see now that you're asking about OINP.
