Hi,

I received ITA last May 28. I just want to verify regarding the following:

> working experience. Can you combine hours in in part- time and fulltime. For example, in some weeks you only work 15hrs and then the other you week you work 30hrs?
> in my reference of letter, how will my manager indicate that I was able to complete the required working hours with some of my hours in a week varys? Any sample of letter of reference with different working hours in a week.
> In terms of letter of reference, because of Covid its pretty to request a new letter. If the previous letter of refernce issued 6 yrs ago, is it still valid.

thanks

You need to look at every single week, add up the hours worked and divide by the number of weeks. That will give you average hours worked per week.

Your reference letter should state that you had flexible hours but worked an average of x hours per week. The same number should be entered in the field in the questionnaire. Support this with providing all paystubs.

Reference letters for previous jobs don't necessarily need to be current, but you should provide a letter of explanation and provide updated contact details for the company (if applicable) and mention that it is difficult to get an updated reference letter at the moment. However, you must make sure that the referncen letter meets all the requirements, otherwise you need to get a new one.

thanks for this. Where can i get the requirements for the letter of reference?
