I applied PR(CEC) last year in Canada and still in process,. I have Open Work permit. However, if i change the employer, will it have any effect on PR application? and do i need to inform IRCC about it?? Thanks.
You are free to quit or change jobs as long as you are not claiming CRS points for a valid job offer.
It doesn't affect or complicate your application.
