Can i change Employer while PR in progress?

Hello,
I applied PR(CEC) last year in Canada and still in process,. I have Open Work permit. However, if i change the employer, will it have any effect on PR application? and do i need to inform IRCC about it?? Thanks.

It doesn't affect even if I change to the employer in Quebec right? (i was working for Ontario employer when I applied)

Did you applied 50 points for arranged job offer? Will your CRS score drop below cutoff limit if they deduct it?
As I see it’s the only reason to stay with same employers. (Like I have to do)

I see. Mine not an arranged employment, its general points for CEC as I had experience in Canada.
