CEC Bithday between ITA and application

Hi,
I received an ITA with 472 (471 minimum scores)
then my birthday was coming.
I haven't submitted my application yet but my scores turns to 467 due to age change.
467 lower than 471 the minimum scores.

Is there any exemption regarding this problem?

Your age is frozen at the time you get an ITA. Birthdays after ITA don't reduce your points.

You have the ITA in your account, right? Then you can accept it and submit your application within the 60 days. If you don't accept the ITA (or don't submit within 60 days), you'll remain in the pool with 467 points.

I already accepted the invitation and am preparing documents to apply. The problem is Birthday after ITA reduced my points and the actual points 467 is lower than the minimum required points of the round 471

Your points reducing after ITA due to your birthday does not matter. Read the guides carefully if you aren't convinced.

Dear 21Goose,
In the first paragraph of the link above, Federal Skilled Worker Class is mentioned.
Mine is CEC. I am also included in it right?
