Hi,

I recieved my AOR in Feb 2014 and the last week of March recieved an email from CPC requesting for RCMP Certificate(finger print scan) for myself and spouse. I had enclosed my with the original set of documents sent earlier, I have applied for my wife's RCMP. Once I get it I want to how to mail them, I mean

The email mentions to mail the RCMP cert to the specified addr with Appln number specifed

My question is if this is the email attachment they mean? or the physical copy?
If its physical copy, I intend to fedex it? then
1) how & where do i mention the Appln Ref number?
2)Do I need to add the UCI as well?

I am planning to enclose a covering letter anyways.

Please advise.

Yes add your UCI + AOR number on the cover letter.

If you want you can put a Stick-It note on the page with UCI + Application number.

You will send the physical file to the address specified with your UCI and AOR.

You can print out a copy of the email request, too - I would presume it contains the necessary reference numbers...
 
Mail to mentioned address below signature and Write a Cover letter explaining why your are sending the certificates , for more clarity can add print out of email received .
 
anyone can help me to write or give example cover letter to send RCMP request,I have 30 days .because i havent received email from them.and they give me final reminder to send .thank you so much..
