I have received no ghost updates and there are no changes in my account.
It still says eligibility, background check and final decision are still in progress and "Latest update: November 2020" (medical pass).

Yet yesterday I received an email invitation to the Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal??

This system is so messed up! But hopefully we're on the home stretch?

You should get PR this week. They update the account late sometimes. If you've recevied email invitation you're close

Finally!!!... Application approved on the portal...
Got a call for immigration officer on No caller ID number. He verified my address in canada and date of entry to canada. After 30 mins application was approved on the portal with COPR numbers. He said i will receive email in few days with COPR document.
Hold on there guys... every one will get it...

I got my PR confirmation portal login details this morning!
Just waiting for them to accept my declaration of being in Canada, then I'll get eCOPR and then actual PR card in 6 weeks I believe.

My IRCC account still says eligibility, background check and final decision are still in progress so if you're at the same stage don't worry, you could get PR any day anyway

I never called IRCC! Everything just eventually started moving.

It has a pdf attached in which they are basically asking to confirm email address and date and port of entry in Canada. I have responded to it. It is from Etobicoke IRCC. How long will it take to get the portal access and then COPR? My AOR is 6th Oct 2020.

I got that email on May 4 and then received login details this morning around 8:30, May 6. So it took about 36 hours to get portal access.

I've now confirmed my presence in Canada and sent my address and photo. Really hoping I'll get official eCOPR tomorrow or the next day?

My profile VO etc are almost similar to yours. I got a GU too last Friday (when I logged into my profile it said "Application updated", but nothing was really updated, and then status changed to "Submitted". No email.) did you get the same GU?
