Hello, I dinot mention any part time or full time work while applying PGWP. But, after receiving PGWP, I applied for TRV and in this application, I mentioned all work experience, part time , full time , etc. Can it affect my Canada PR application ?

No. You are good. But further on mention everything to be consistent.
