That's not called submitting an application, it's submitting an EE profile.

The system is not wrong, you have answered something wrong or your education is not eligible for any points

It's not a system issue. You have answered a question incorrectly. Post the questions and your responses to each here.

You should select 'No' for the question which asks 'was more than 50% of your curriculum....' and you should be able to get the points.

I made the same mistake while creating the profile. You have to select "No" for the question if 50% of classes were learning English or French.

Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
  • from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
  • from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
  • a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
  • a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
What needs to be the answer to this question? having my doubts about this question

Did xxxx study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada. Does this need to be YES or no?

You should know these details, they are pretty straightforward. What did you graduate with and from where

I don't think you've told us what studies you completed in Canada (i.e. what school, what program, etc.). Hard to answer your questions when you are only providing limited information.
