Seniors,

Please comment on if you are applying CEC where you already have approved LMO and have been working in Canada on WP. LMO clearly mentions the NOC code for which it is approved so

1 - Does that mean your NOC code for CEC apllication is already established ?

2. And employer letter with job duties is just a formalities..( yes still required ...

Please comment.

1. Not necessarily. It is still your responsibility as the applicant to make sure you are using the correct NOC code in your application.

2. Employment letter is mandatory and there have been many refusals on the forum because of it.

Yes Senoritta,

I am and will use the same NOC code for which my LMO is approved. The whole purpose of matching job duties with NOC is to establish if that NOC qualifies for CEC category or not... Correct?

If HRSDC (www.hrsdc.gc.ca) has approved an LMO for a particular NOC code applied by an employer and the employer had employed you on a position with similar job duties matching with NOC ...

This means theoretically your Job title - job responsibilities is already established with NOC code under which you are applying.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
