CEC Application Rejected. Re-applying with OLD IELTS Scores

I had taken the IELTS test on Nov 5th 2011 and I submitted my CEC application during March 2012. Unfortunately, my application was refused telling that I did not submit enough proof of my canadian work experience (I had submitted abundant proof, but its my bad luck that the app got rejected.)
Now, I'm trying to re-apply this year (2013) under NOC 2174 (type A) .

I have few questions:

1. Can I still use my OLD IELTS scores (L:8, R:7, W:7, S:6, overall: 7)
2. If yes to question 1, are these scores good enough since I'm hearing that some rules have changed w.r.t IELTS scores required for immigration?
3. If yes to question 2, How can I obtain a copy of my IELTS scores since I had submitted my original score sheet during my first application?

Yes. you can use the OLD IELTS score.
Your scores are good enought for this NOC.
Refer the IELTS website. there you can apply for additional TRF.

- you score is good to apply NOC 0 ,A,B - IELTS score valid for 2 years
