Hi
I submitted my CEC inland EE aplication on 16 june 2017. I recieved an email on 17 August that there is an update. Since then it says that they are reviewing the results of my medical exam. Its already more than 3 months. I am worried bcoz i have a medical history. But my lawyer told me that if cic wanted me to do another medical exam they would have asked with first update. Can someone help....

Dont worry this is normal you will have to wait 6 months the max. There is nothing can be done by anyone even your lawyer.
If the CIC need anything they will email you what they need. until then dont compare your profile with anyone which will make you more stress.

Hello everyone!

I'm helping my friend fill up submit his application (has received an EE invite under CEC), however was confused about one of the questions.

He is a PGWP holder and is currently employed in Canada. Does he need to select the option, 'Has a job offer'' ? Since answering Yes, triggers another set of questions about LMIA and it's details. There is no option for LMIA.

No. He should select no. If he is on a PGWP, the only way he could have a "valid job offer" is for his employer to obtain an LMIA.

A "valid job offer" is not merely having a job in Canada. It must meet a specific set of criteria - if it does, he would get extra points.
