CEC Application - No Explanation Letter and Fees Section in the profile

Hi Everyone,

I received my ITA, filled the questionnaire but on the upload documents step don't see optional section for explanation letter and fees section. Did anyone face with it as well?

I received my ITA, filled the questionnaire but on the upload documents step don't see optional section for explanation letter and fees section. Did anyone face with it as well?

Happened to me quite few times when I applied last month, was driving me crazy !
Sometimes was here, sometimes not.. I kept signing out/signing in again and eventually it will reappear.

Yeah it appears like once in 15 logouts/logins :-[ Also explanation letter section sometimes becomes "required" instead of "optional" ???
