I haven’t got any updates yet..though I don’t know any things about Gu as my agent handles my account so wanna call and see what happening!
My dates are same as yours and my file too is in Edmonton. I spoke to help desk and they told that eligibility or BGV not yet started

ITA: March 18th
AOR: June 2nd
Medical passed: June 30th
Biometric submitted: July 16th
Current status: PGWP (open work permit)
Inquiry: Change in employment after application submission.
Details; I have started at a new position from July 26th onward. Do I need to inform IRCC about change in employment after I have submitted the application? If so, will a accepted offer letter be sufficient proof? As its a very new position, it won't be possible to get a reference letter so soon from my new employer.
Please advice.

I am a bit confused about the progress of my PR application and any suggestions will be helpful.
I am on a work permit in Canada and find below my details
Application details:
ITA: April 29th
AOR: June 26th
Medical passed: July 23rd
Biometric : N/A as I had already provided during my work permit
GU1: Aug 12 (Background status changed from 'We are processing your background check ' to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
GU2: Aug 19 (Background status remains as "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." )
I am trying to figure out my current status. Is it IP1 or IP2? I tried reaching to IRCC and unable to connect.
Any response will be helpful...

Ip1 or ip2 not happens for everyone nowa days and not relevant 100%
For some applicants like u , the stages get updated . Next step wait for bgv to change back to processing - Atleast 45 days
Even I am in the same process
