I hope so. I want to call but I am a bit hesitant as it might or might not affect pace of processing for my application.
though it still shows eligibility is under processing.

Only medicals will change on your profile nothing else. And u can call it doesn’t affect your application.

Call with IRCC agent on August 4th:
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Either not started or in progress, don't remember exactly

Request for military records: Aug 7th (i think this means they were working on security)
Submitted military records: Aug 10th

Ghost update today (no change in BG, it is still in "we're processing...")

Does anyone know if this ghost update is a good sign? Thank you!

Biometric not required as it has taken already in 2019 for Work visa processing.
Got a GU Update on 13 August with out any email notification. - Background check changed from "Processing " to "In Progress"

Since my dependents are not in Canada, will that affect the processing time of my application?

1 - Feb 2015 to 2020: I have been in Canada by WP with my family.
2 - On Dec 2018, I have filed H&C for best interest of my kids by a attorney.
3 - On Feb 2020, my WP expired and, per my attorney I alone left Canada, and my family remained in Canada by TP.
4 - Jan 2021, H&C has been denied.
5 - Feb 2021, My company filed WP was in process.
6 - May 2021 - I have been invited to apply for EE and received AOR on 23Jun2021, Med, Review Passed and Crim. & Info sharing in progress.
7 - As per Point 5, my WP has been refused today stated by the below reason.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

But I have stated valid Job offer in EE profile and in CRS score 50 point is not provide for the job offer. My score is 406 but the draw is 400.

Can you please advise do I need to update the WP rejection in EE process now.Thanks!
