then wait for about 3min, they will ask you to press 1 and provide your UCI. I go to 2, since they will ask your UCI again when you get connected.
after this go 3-2-2-2-0.

Try to call them before 9am or after 3pm.

If lucky, they will say the approximate wait time is..., do you want a callback?

Just called IRCC. Agent said Eligibility passed and they are processing my background. VO is RROC, I dont know it is good or bad. My timeline is in my signature. My BC still says In progress though. Agent maybe meant they will start BC, I dont know.

As long as your eligibility was passed and you have no criminal and security records, nothing to worry about. It's just a matter of time.
