My personal opinion: they will start issuing another round of COPR once the parents and grandparents program deadline is complete after 3rd Nov.

I hope so, Even a slightest of hope is what I can cling on.
I wish if there is a set timeline reference.

Thank you. I got a ghost update in the morning and email from CIC-Ottawa in the afternoon and update in the CIC account around the same time.

Is it because of the location? It seems like all the approved case are from Ontario. Did anyone from Alberta got approved? I am from Calgary.
