I received ITA on 17th August I think (CRS 534) and submitted my profile on 26th September 2021 and received AOR within minutes few minutes
Biometrics were given in 2021 when applying for student visas Medical treatment provided in advance The timelines say the first PR card takes 63 days,
but I'm not sure if that's after the PR is approved or the total time to get the PR.

The card takes that long once PR is approved. Processing for PR is about 17 months.

isn't IRCC promised under 6month processing time for ITA's after July 6???
Sort of. It has been only 3 months since the draws resumed, so we'll find out if IRCC has kept their promise by December end.

heard many folks w/ Jul ITA and some Aug ITA folks started getting CoPR/PPR.

qq, for inland applicant, the day CoPR email received or the day received PR card becomes PR status???

It's the day you receive your COPR.
Only PNP and a few FSW applicants from July and Aug have received their COPR. Not much progress for CEC unfortunately.
