Hi

I have done post graduate course for 8 months in Canada.

Right now I have been working since May 2013.

I got my PGWP from 31 st july 2013 to 31 july 2014.

I would like to known if i can apply for CEC OR FSW(under arranged employment)?

I wish to known if there is any criteria for CEC for minimum education credential.

And from May 2013 to september 2013, I worked with restaurant who has not paid me money on time and has not given me any pay slip.

But has paid me in cheques and started doing direct transfer from August to september.

He has given me T4 for 2013, but that does not include the amount paid in 2014. How do I show that I have worked with him since May 2013.

Kindly assist me.

Thanking

FOLLOW THIS : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

- Work without proper authorization doesn't count. As you said You received WP in July but you started working in May, You might be on Study permit by that time. My friend recently got rejected for adding 2 months of Work that he did on OFF campus WP.

- T4 for 2013 will only contain information for 2013. You'll get 2014's T4 in 2015. But 2013's T4 is enough at the time of application. You can send next years T4 If Visa officer asks for it, otherwise no Need.

- if you gain 12 mnth full time experience under NOC A, O or B , you're eligible. and you can apply. but you'll have to worry about extending your stay as You'll get your experience at the very end of your work permit unless you have worked under O, A,or B before with proper authorization within 3 years.
