CEC AOR June 2021 Timelines for CoPR

I received my e-copr through the portal, All other information was ok except one point which says -
Charged/convicted of a crime or offense in any country, refused admission to Canada, or required to leave Canada?

Mine was YES. which I think is NO because I do not fall under the above question.

ANYone got the same problem?? AOR JUNE2021
