Hi All,
My wife is outland and I am an Inland applicant. It has been more than 8 months since we have submitted our PR and at this moment all the stages have passed. Assuming in the next 5 months or so we receive our COPR, considering virtual landing rules I would like to know how that can work out for us.
- will that be the case that PA only can do virtual landing first or both applicants need to do virtual landing together
- one we receive our COPR - do my spouse need to have any visa other than COPR? right now she doesn't hold any visa(neither visitor nor SOWP), so will there be any issues while we plan her travel to Canada?
Any guidance will be much appreciated.
Regards,
Kosma
