Hi, I am wondering how many applicants are there from 2012 whose cases are still open?
I am October 2012 Applicant
DM February 24, 2014 and still waiting for PPR

This is a thread for October 2012 Applicants - seems like some people just got their medical request as recent as last week

i know its terrible - 2012 applicants fall under some old process and are still waiting while those who applied in 2013 are getting PR in 8 months!

It is unfortunate that had we (late 2012 applicants) waited a couple of months to apply in 2013, our PR would have been completed several months ago.

Still, at least the process is now faster for future applicants.

Yeah - not sure why the 2012 files are being processed at a slower pace - hang in there!

it really really is unfair
