Hi All,

Thanks in advance for checking this.

I landed in Canada by Apr 18 2016 ,created profile on Apr 10 2017 and I got my invite on Apr 12 2017.I accepted the invite and I am processing the application.

Hours specified for CEC 1year claim is satisfied, Do i need to worry about that 6days.

CIC Criteria
30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

My Job
40 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (2040 hours) as per T4

You are required to complete 52 weeks of work in addition to the hours listed in order to be eligible for CEC. Some have suggested that you wait till you complete one full year before you submit your eAPR, while others suggest you decline the ITA and wait for the next draw to be safe. I'll go with the second option because better safe than sorry. What is your score?

You stand a very high chance to get an ITA in the next draw if you decline the invite now. And no, you don't have to redo your medicals as the one you have is still valid
