Anyone can explain what is CC and when it is charged? Is that the government fee 550 per person?
My application was received in 9 May. No news yet.

Annushka,
CC referred here is actually credit card payment. And PER is positive eligibility review - which is done after evaluation of docs and charging of fees.
Please check the spreadsheet for details. I think most of may9 applicants had their CC/DD(demand draft) charged and PER received.

You must hear from CIO by now! If it's a credit card you use as a payment method check out if it has been already charged. And if there are any limits or conditions applicable for offline international payments.
