I received a CBSA examination invitation in-person after receiving minister intervention notice to appear at an upcoming refugee claim hearing based on credibility. Is there anybody in this situation or has anybody experienced this before? Is there any need for worries?

Have you gone for hearing before? And did the letter say minister will be present?
No, I’m yet to go for my hearing but my lawyer told me a minister counsel will be present
My lawyer got a mail inviting me to come for examination at cbsa. I’m still confused
Impossible to know but it can be related to identity concerns, past criminality, etc.

There are lots of other issues this the etc. It is impossible for us to know why they would like to speak to you. Would suggest bringing your lawyer.
