Hello,

Here is the situation:

A friend of mine applied for his PR in 2004 from Delhi office. It is still pending for a decision. Recently he has got a job offer from a Canadian employer and he is thinking of accepting it. Assuming that he accepts it, will it help his case to be expedited if he changes to AEO or whatever category he moves to?

Any thoughts are welcome..

If he gets a Job Offer and it is validated by the HRSDC then he can apply again under that category and which ever application will come first for processing the visa office will inform accordingly and will ask you choice to withdraw any one application.
