Catagory and Link application problem

Hello, i applied visitor visa paper based at Chandigarh VFS through representative. I want to link my application with cic. I want to know that in sub category will there be visitor record or temporary residency for linking application

My second question is i dont have surname on my passport. so while linking my application i mention my given name in surname field but we cant leave given name so what to do here. i am facing problem to link my application as no application found stats occur
