Hello I had applied for a job in indeed a week ago. Today I received an email from the HR Coordinator for further discussion.

I am in confusion about the job terms now.. it says job type as Casual and Full time.
  • This means I would not be entitled for any further pays and allowances apart from my salary?
  • Secondly, is this a temporary job or a permanent? Employer can terminate my contract for any reason at any time?
  • Lastly, what are the important things I should ask, clear to get it confirm from the HR for my job security?

No I don’t have PR and don’t have any work permit till now.
It is for accounts receivable coordinator.
Post the information you received here. You want to make sure this isn't a scam.

Casual generally means that you are paid for hours worked (not salary) and full time hours are not guaranteed and this also normally means you don't always work the same hours each week. This also generally means you don't get paid for holidays or sick leave. So a bit confusing that it's a casual job but you are paid for holidays.

Yeah that’s why it is confusing to me as well. It says 8 hours shift.

So what next to be done? What shall I ask or get confirmed from the HR wil discussing?

This is a full time job then?

I don't know. You'll have to talk to them to find out. The information you have provided so far is contradictory.

Any suggestions what should I ask and what important information shall I seek and gather from the HR ?
You should ask them the same questions you have asked here.

As you are not currently a PR or a work permit holder guess should ask them if they will sponsor an LMIA or are they only interested in you if you are a PR or have an open work permit you somehow obtained yourself.

The conversation may be very short.as seems unlikely to get sponsorship for an accounts receivable coordinator role but anything worth a try, just be wary if you are asked to pay or offered flights or accommodation

I had a discussion an hour ago over call. She said it’s 3 round process. First round she took asking 3-4 important job related questions and next round will be higher management round and final would be face to face.

I just forgot to ask about the confusion relating to job type because I was busy focusing on the answers to be provided to her questions.
However, I have dropped an email to her and hopefully she would reply soon.

Lastly, in my Resume it is mentioned as India ( willing to relocate) so probably she knows I am from India.

Rest will share if I will be shortlisted by the end of this week.
Thanks
