Can Cash be used as a proof of funds for a Temporary Resident Visa? And if so, how could it be included in your TVR application? A money order, bank draft?

Cash cannot be used as proof of funds as it is impossible to assess if you really have that amount or not.
"A money order, bank draft" is not cash. These two options CAN BE USED as proof of means. Make sure it is under your name. Also keep in mind these are weak proof of funds, so the quantity should clearly surpass the amount needed for the trip. ALso be sure to provide evidence on why you do not have a bank statement and where the money is coming from.
