Correct me if i'm wrong, But it seems CIC is prioritizing cases according to skill levels. From what I'm seeing is people with skill levels 'A' (NOC codes #1##) are getting their cases processed faster than the others.

NOC code - 5241

My timelines:
Application Rec'd : 6 June 2012
According to ECAS they started processing application on 25th Feb 2013
Received RPRF & Biodata reqest on 11 March 2013
Medical Request : 4th April 2013
Medicals done : 10th April 2013
Medical Furtherance_ 001: 17th April 2013
Medical Furtherance_ 002: 17th May 2013
Medical Furtherance_ 003: 3rd June l2013
Medicals Sent via e-medicals : 4th June 2013
Medicals received (ecas status) - 6th July 2013
Waiting for PPR

I think so too .. could that be the reason some people are getting it in 3 days after medicals received and some have to waiting months....

My BP that day was 140/93...... according to cic guidlines if your BP is outside 140/90 range, they have to do a ecg and echo test. It took me forever for that. Coz i got an appointment after a month, and then i got the result 25 days after the test

Can you please read the below thread which I posted and suggest some ideas...I have medical check up appointment next week.

I'd say carry the docs with you and explain the DMP about this. If its inactive TB, you dont have to worry about it

"according to cic guidlines if your BP is outside 140/90 range" ..... Could you give me a link where we can find the detailed information about medical tests/ range etc?

Just to be knowledgeable about this area too.

12 applications out of 49 have received medical requests. So 37 to go and no movement since mid May.
