Case type 59 (CO-op student ). Need help !

my friend is under case type 59 and her work permit state her employer and employment location as her college , occupation as COOP .
need help from experts here to see if she is able to get a part-time job ?

Whether she can get a job outside of her co-op depends on what her study permit states, not the co-op permit.
