Hi All,
Today i received AOR from Warsaw,I need to raise a case specific query, Now i am in big Dilemma :-\.
In year 2012 my company have applied for US business visa and i have was refused by US consulate for 2 times. I forgot to mention this background declaration form. Now i am planning to inform this by case specific query. At the time of refusal VO officer returned by passport,I don`t have rejected stamp on my passport. But my consultant advised if we raise CSQ it will delay my process, Is that true.
2) My wife is 6months Pregnant and we are expecting baby in month of June end or July first week. Shall i inform VO along with above case specific query or do i need to wait till baby is born.
Please advise guys..
