We plan to submit an inquiry to the local Visa Office via CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY concerning of PR application. Im not sure if this falls under #4 category and if asking this question will cause further delay in our PR application. What do you think guys? IS there someone here who inquired in Case specific inquiry and received a positive answer?

- We submitted a late (3months) document a letter explaining the failed TRV application that we forgot to include in the application.

Case Specific Enquiry

You may use this form if:

1. You have submitted an application at a visa office abroad.
2. The information you seek is not available on E-cas.
3. Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. Information on processing times.
4. You wish to report important changes regarding your application, such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in address, changes in employment, acquisition of a new educational credential, results of an approved language test.

What office are you going through?? I did one of those for Buffalo back in June and have yet to get a response. You have better response through Buffalo with the Email, but have to have case specific information in the body of it before asking your information....

Some Vos will not even respond to email....

Manila Visa Office..

we did use the case specific inquiry to inform them about our change of address, but havent got any response.. also emailed / sent a fax to them but until now heard nothing from them....

From what I have read on the forums, Manila is not a Visa office the replies to any form of requests. If you are concerned and in Canada, call your MP and see if they will check the status out for you...

This is our second option to call the MPs... I just hope asking the help from MPs will cause delay in our PR application.
