Hi there,

I think to prove blood relation birth certificates are better options and mostly acceptable, I have read here in this forum. Sometimes they may not trust Passports. This is my opinion, let us have seniors' views on this point.

Good Luck.

You may appeal if they given you time for the same. Then you have to provide your uncle's birth certificate or marrigae certificate both are acceptable, in addition if you provide your father's birth certificate as well it will be positve. As well as, if your uncle is Citizen please attach the copy of his passport plus proof that he is currently living in Canada for ex. utility bills on his name or any bank letter.

Regards..

You had not provided documents which shows that your uncle is still residing in Canada eg:
his latest tax certificates, bank statements ,employment certificate , salary slips, utility bills or similar relevant documents which confirms that he had been residing in Canada.

I have desame problem regarding adaptability, I'm planning to apply immigration Visa to Canada, And i have only one relative in canada he is my uncle, working as a caregiver with more than 4 years staying in canada and now he is applying for residential visa he is staying at toronto canada, my question is that is it ok if he will be my adaptor in staying at canada? even though the visa is still Working Visa? but note: he/s applying for residential visa

You will get no adaptability points for your uncle.

To get adaptability points for a relative in Canada they must already be a Canadia citizen or PR. Your uncle doesn't qualify - so no points.
