MY CASE HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO fraudulent misrepresentation DOCUMENTS(BY MY CONSULTANT I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE) AND BAND FOR 2 YEARS NOW I WANTS TO KNOW THAT AFTER COMPLETION OF 5 YEARS KNOW CAN I APPLY ONCE AGAIN UNDER NEW CRITERIA OR NOT.KINDLY REPLY ME I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU.

Yes - you can apply again after the 2 year ban has expired. Make sure all of the documentation included this time is real.

You don't need these guys ,you can do it on your own ,it is simple procedure,just fill up forms and send it

There's no point in sending an explanation to the visa office. CIC doesn't care how the fraudulent documents ended up in the application. Even if it is the consultant's fault, the applicant is the person held responsible and the applicant is the person who ends up with the ban.

Hi Dear even i had a same issue in my case , but 2 week`s back people from Canadian High Commission visited me in my office( A surprise visit of 4 members from CHC) , for an interview , they took photo`s of my office as well as demanded an affidavit from me stating that I`m totally unaware about the editing works done on my document copy by my consultant , they even assure me that nothing to worry and i won`t be be having any problem due to the same, and they said its an issue between CHC and my consultant,,,,,, ??? Waiting for Decision Made since 5 months now .......

I c personal visits has also been started in Pakistan..........and wat kind of doc. do you think they are considering fake?????
