Case getting Complicated ***Need Assistance***

Hi all,

I am having valid ICT WP which is about expire in July 2015.

I applied PR under CEC and I am expecting medical request by mid March or last week of March. As of now I am single applicant.

Q1. Can I add spouse in PR application after I submit my medical to CIC?
Q2. If I apply BOWP, Can I apply for dependent visa on my BOWP?
Q3. Can I ask my to be spouse to get visitor visa now and later when we get married, I can either apply for dependent visa on my ICT WP or BOWP? This way she can still travel and stay with me for couple of months on visitor visa?

Also I feel my case is now becoming complicated, do you guys think; I should consult Immigration lawyer for help? Suggest someone trustworthy within Toronto.

Q1. Can I add spouse in PR application after I submit my medical to CIC?yes you can add ur spouse .no issues , they will ask to submit the new Imm 008 form and new forms for ur spouse
Q2. If I apply BOWP, Can I apply for dependent visa on my BOWP?yes you can apply ur spouse owp along with ur bowp if she is in canada by that time
Q3. Can I ask my to be spouse to get visitor visa now and later when we get married, I can either apply for dependent visa on my ICT WP or BOWP? This way she can still travel and stay with me for couple of months on visitor visa?i suggest make all the necessary documents ready and once u get ur marriage certificate then apply for visit visa and you should get it with no issues.
