What is case filing and how it works

I am already done with my IELTS and WES and want to enter in the Express Entry pool; however, confused as I have no idea on how to file a case and how it actually works.

Secondly, not too sure if any consultant advise is necessary for collecting and arranging the documents. I have visited multiple consultancies and per them we would need a lawyer for case filing and his/her advise is required once we get the ITA.

Kindly advise!

Thanks in advance

Detailed information can be found on the CIC web site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/candidate.asp

No consultant / lawyer is required. You can do it yourself. However if you're not comfortable reading through the information above and creating a profile yourself, you'd probably be best off hiring a lawyer to assist you.

Thank you so much for your immediate response... I have another question regarding the Express Entry form. Do I need to upload the documents while submitting the application or how does it work.

Secondly, I have heard about arranging documents from the employers mentioning the Job responsibilities which generally employers do not provide as the offer/appointment letter states the designation only.

If description regarding Job responsibility is mandatory, how can we go about it.

Thank you!

I would recommend you join the Express Entry section of the forum.
