Carleton Fall 2019, Graduate Admission

Hello all,
I am an applicant for Tim program at Carleton 2019. I just received conditional offer of admission yesterday. Now, I am preparing all required document to submit for unconditional offer before applying for Visa.
Anyone here with me to discuss the further steps? I am so confused with the current procedure to receive an unconditional offer.

Anyone gotten accepted for admission into Carleton University? I applied for TIM program Fall 2021 but yet to get a response.. please how long does Carleton University take to give admission? Please let's help each other here
