Actually before 10 days my employer received email for some questions and after a week my agent received email for submitted WES report and also some issue in my hubby birth certificate regarding late registration in birth certificate so my agent asked us to send aadhar and pan card.
So again i applied duplicate copy drom WES and sent it

The employer has to provide justification. Like, the mother is not working because of taking care of the kids etc.

I received eligibility letter (eligibility passed) and pre arrival services letter. Whats next step? Just wait for passport request (PPR)? It is certain to get PPR after passed eligibility?

I was afraid that we weren't approved because we didn't receive the passport request yet. I'll keep you guys informed as soon as receive it.
Hope everyone gets updates really soon.
I sent a message to our MP and she called IRCC. She said:
“I was told that you passed the “pre-assessment” stage of eligibility on August 1. However the eligibility assessment itself is still recorded as “in progress”.”
What does it mean?
I didn't know about this pre-assessment stage of eligibility.
Should I be worried about it? it would be very frustrating to have to wait more time again for a final decision.
Hi guys! I am January 22, 2021 applicant, Under officer MC before, now officer CS/L, I received an update last week. the officer is requesting some documents because i have a late birth certificate registration. My background check was finished last July 19, 2023. I didnt expect that they will still ask for more documents, my employer also received ADR, same day as mine. Hope after I passed these, all will be well.
