Asking for a friend-
Can a study permit holder apply for home caregiver pilot program
Because her study ends on 29 April , then she will apply for work permit
But meanwhile she has co-op work permit so I'm not sure Is she eligible or not
Rest she has every other document .

I know nothing about her. She reads the requirements and she will know if eligible. If a student, then assume she studied an eligible program or has foreign experience. So tell friend to read current requirements and wait for further instructions.

Good question. Not sure if that would be considered as a student or WP holder. Would assume student but something I would clarify with a lawyer or in writing with IRCC if possible.

Just reread and when applying they would still be in school so definitely would not qualify.
