Yes, I called yesterday and they said it is technical issue and make sure your first name and last name is same as the file. Names is ok bro no idea why still

From my experience, I also had error when I put my name wrong (coz I omitted the middle name and it doesn't match with the name I put in the file opened at MIFI website).
File number should be the one you got after the Open you file Message (starts with C...)

I got my file number 2 days back. I just called them. They said just wait and check tomorrow morning again. Hopefully

Be patient. It takes 20 "business" days, minimum, to get the electronic copy.
Physical copy will come a little later.
Don't count Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
There are Christmas holidays.
And covid numbers are climbing in Quebec.
