Hi there I have a friend who has a study visa to Canada whucw expires next year, she was studying in a different province before, was struggling with her program so she has a low gpa, decided ti switch to mtl, she possibly doesmdo have hee study permit feom her old province but still has her visa, she applied to a tech school in mtl, got accepted for fall but is still waiting for her caq, what are the chances of her caq being rejected. She's still waiting by the way, any help would be great
